WHAT'S UP DOC (Joiner, J. 2007) Dbl-Ev-MLa-Re-S43"- B8" 

This is a tall medium rose, large 8" double. The form is usually a flat hose and hose, but on some of the blooms the center petaloids curl up. It has a lighter rose edge. The throat is a dark yellow. It has 6 way branching and 20 buds. It will set a few seeds here. Foliage is wide and green. It also has proliferations.
