JOYCE LEE BROWN

JOYCE LEE BROWN  (Joiner, E.  2005)  Tet-Dbl-Ev-EM-Re-S24"-B5"

The color is amber-yellow.  The bloom is honored to have the name of Joyce Lee Brown, a deceased member of the Savannah Hemerocallis Society, who was always pleasant and had a smile for everybody.  The bloom is double and nocturnal.  The form is like a tulip.  It seems to bloom in clusters.  It starts to open the morning before and is already half open by 9:00 pm.  It is wide open at 6:00 am.  It will make a great garden plant!
